Published to accompany the eponymous exhibition in the State Apartments at Dublin Castle, this lavishly illustrated volume details the history of Lady Betty Cobbe’s dinner service, its significance as perhaps the largest service of first period Worcester porcelain on record, and the author’s thirty-year quest to reassemble his ancestors’ service after its gradual dispersal in the nineteenth century.
